I am choosing site one because from the analysis I did it
would be the perfect site for my Boutique Hotel. This site has an open space
and there is a park right next to it. Also my site has direct access to Van Dyke
Street which takes you to one of the main attractions which is Ikea. The site
also has pier 44 for any water access directly near my site. All the sites have
views of the waterfront but overall I
chose this site because of its size and location.
What do you think with developing an assessment sheet to clarify your selection criteria?
